Who We Are

Planned Gifts From the Past Provide for Today's Ministry

The purpose and passion of International Bible Society is to faithfully translate and reach out with God’s Word so that people around the world may become disciples of Jesus Christ and members of His Body.

To date, IBS has translated at least a portion of Scripture in more than 85 languages! This number grows every year, as we work to take God’s Word to people in the languages they speak.

To better serve our outreach ministry, IBS currently has ministry centers in more than 45 countries. We have also formed alliances with some 150 Christian ministries internationally to make us more efficient and effective in presenting the gospel to the lost.

Because IBS fully trusts in the Lord to provide for our many and varied ministries, we treasure the generous hearts of our planned giving donors. Their blessings of prayer and financial support allow us to continue reaching the lost.
