Position Title: Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Reports to: VP Resource Development
Full-time: 40 hours per week

The ministry of IBS-STL is actively seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager for our VP of Resource Development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and agree with IBS-STL’s Purpose and Statement of Faith. This position will represent the office of Vice President, Resource Development with the highest level of professionalism and handle relationships and all information with confidentiality. Candidate must possess minimum three years executive-level administrative experience and one year of office management. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, make decisions, manage multiple tasks and projects, and meet deadlines. Applicant must be a self-starter with ability to support a fast-paced division in the absence of the VP of Resource Development. Excellent math and computer skills including Microsoft products are essential.

Position Title: Credit Manager
Reports to: Vice President, Finance

The Credit Manager position exists to manage the Credit Department of STL Distribution, control credit risk of the organization, manage collections of accounts, and report results to management.  He/she will work closely with the VP, Finance, and supervise six credit clerks.

The ideal candidate will have five-plus years’ experience in a collections department, with at least one year of supervisory experience. Have a strong understanding of collections regulations and possess analytical skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office products, be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.

Position Title: Catalog Manager, Direct Channel
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary range: $35,000 - $36,000
Department: Marketing
Location: Colorado Springs, CO               

The Catalog Manager, Direct Channel is responsible for project managing catalogs, brochures, and Internet marketing and will facilitate the production of catalogs, direct mail, and all marketing communication.

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ. He/she will have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, or marketing or commensurate experience, plus 3-4 years experience in writing, marketing, advertising, design, and/or production.  He/she must have the ability to manage the creative process by developing team-oriented plans and execution. Strong computer skills including all Microsoft products are essential; knowledge of Quark and PhotoShop a plus. Printing knowledge preferred.

Position Title: Network Services Manager
Reports to: U.S. C.I.O.

Location: Johnson City, TN

The Network Systems Manager manages the data and voice networking infrastructure and provides the capability to access the IBS-STL network worldwide.  He/she will help design the network and assist in its implementation for the entire US organization.  He/she will also be involved in the daily network services operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ.  He/she must have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least three years experience in the Microsoft networking environment. Good network skills in server hardware and software systems and the ability to troubleshoot problems will be important aspects of this job. Familiarity with the following hardware and software will be an advantage: Cisco, Checkpoint, VoIP, and Windows Active Directory.

Position Title: Project Research Analyst             
Department: Program Research and Evaluation
Reports to: Director, Project Relations
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Salary range: $32,000 - $35,000

The Director, Project Relations is seeking a Project Research Analyst to research, plan, and evaluate ministry programs. This position is a clearing house for qualitative and quantitative evaluations of IBS-STL international programs.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree with statistical evaluation or analytical focus as a major component, or 5 years in a related field. Proven background in statistical evaluation and quantitative and qualitative analysis is necessary. Experience in international cultural relations is essential. High aptitude in understand and using computer databases. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Must also be a team player, able to with other staff for a common goal.

Position Title: Regional Director
Reports to: VP Development
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annual
Location: United States

The ministry of IBS-STL is actively seeking a Regional Director.

The Regional Director will build and sustain financial support for the ministry of IBS-STL by developing God-honoring and fruitful relationships with major donor partners and major donor prospects in their defined region.  He/she will foster and cultivate a portfolio and identify opportunities to grow and develop enthusiastic donor partners and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and agree with  IBS-STL’s Statement of Faith, its mission, and core values. Five years of fundraising and/or outside sales experience with the ability to close and a demonstrated success in meeting financial targets a must. He/she must be willing to travel up to 40 percent; some international travel included. The successful candidate will be well networked with a discipline for planning, evaluation and reporting. Good computer skills including Microsoft products are essential; knowledge of Millennium a plus.
